Technology moves organizations forward — when the people behind it are brought along. That is my conviction after more than 25 years in the industry, from my first Assembler programs of the early 1980s to AI-driven projects today.
At Thoughtworks I work as a Client Partner in Retail, Transport and Logistics. In practice that means accompanying companies through digital transformation programs — with the expectation that cross-functional teams actually deliver what was promised.
Outside work, I serve as Chair of the Advisory Board of the Montessori Stiftung Berlin.
